On the one hand, strong respect for raising this legendary account, which I continue to point to as evidence that advertising can and should be art as well as business and should be the gold standard to which brand social media aspires to.

On the other hand, I am deeply disappointed by your surface level scroungings of the Steak-Umm tweets, completely missing out on the glorious late 2010s and early 2020s where if I remember correctly, amongst other things it was giving detailed explanations of existentialist philosophy and quantum theory and all manner of other topics in a far more engaging way than most official scientists.

How could you miss out the genuine Twitter flame war they had with Neil De Grasse Tyson!? The beef puns write themselves!

Time for me to pack it in

Next it'll emerge that a bot has been not only writing the text but operating the account 100% autonomously in pursuit of inscrutable ends of its own, and the eschaton will truly be upon us

I was wondering what to eat for dinner tonight. Problem solved. Thanks!

These are much better than a Warby Parker ad.

Though less good than an upper tier Jon Krakauer book.

B+

If only Michael Pollan would write about White Castle frozen cheeseburger 6-packs. That would be the greatest of all possible worlds.

Yes! I have always admired this account’s super super meta post post modern tweets. It gets the millennial angst out of the way early.
